Aloha! Welcome to Pacific IT Support, or as we were originally known, Computer Hale.
We’re a unique blend of cultures and are a minority-owned business that’s both Black and Hawaiian owned.

We’ve got our roots in two beautiful locations - Maui, Hawaii, and Bellingham, Washington.
I live on Maui, and Erik's out in Bellingham.
Our team?
Oh, we’re a diverse bunch of eight, with three of us based in Maui, two in Bellingham, and the rest of our nearshore staff working remotely from Venezuela and Peru.

Our journey began in 2010, right after the recession of 2008. Clare and Erik (our founders) found themselves jobless in a dried-up job market here in Hawaii.
But you know what they say, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade!
So, Erik started doing computer repair out of his truck. Business started picking up, and soon, they opened a computer repair location called Computer Hale.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve grown into a team that specializes in Microsoft 365, Compliance Management, Modern and Hybrid Work, System Integrations, and Data Governance.
We’ve got a knack for helping businesses in the Hospitality, Property Management, Retail, Hotel, Non-Profit, and Education sectors.
Our ideal clients?
Businesses with 30-60 employees, M365 users, growth-minded, security-conscious, and with compliance requirements.

Well, we’ve got this unique 5-step process to efficiency. We believe in communication, transparency, and putting our community and clients first.
Our mission is simple. We want to be the technology team that community-minded organizations can trust to solve their businesses’ pain points.
We’re all about customer-first, forward-thinking, doing what is right (Pono), being socially conscious, and continuously improving.
We offer Managed IT Services, Managed Microsoft 365, Compliance Management, and Ad hoc IT projects.

We’ve got a bunch of success stories, like the time we helped a hotel that had a consumer-grade wireless router behind the front desk providing guest internet access.
They had no security to speak of, and their backup was only backing up files from their servers. There was no backup and disaster recovery system in place.
We stepped in and transformed their IT infrastructure.

We’re Small Business Certified: Minority MBE, and Erik has completed the Goldman Sachs 10K strong businesses program.
Our owners and staff are on boards of local nonprofits, we regularly donate to causes, provide internships to college students, and offer coaching and mentorship to youths.
